Pretty uncomfortable experience.

The food was fine but strangely limited. Dream Bowl tasted okay, but would have been much better without açaí (it’s strawberry, banana, chocolate, peanut butter) and when I asked if I can have it without the açaí or dragon fruit base the (owners?/managers?) were kinda snarky about that not being the way it’s made, and when I offered a suggestion of using a yogurt base for a similar menu item in the future, I got a pretty defensive and hostile response about that not being how they will do it (they were absolutely ADAMANT that the yogurt was ONLY for smoothies)

The coffee art is cool I guess, but considering they are just using a printer machine (not actually hand done or anything) the up charge seems a bit stiff. Granted it’s a small business start up, so I get they probably want to flip a profit and get in the black asap, everything seemed a bit over priced.

Really the worst part of the experience, you could tell the owners/managers were either unhappily married or maybe siblings or something, because they were pretty snippy with each other, just made for a strange experience. Next time I’m definitely sitting outside to avoid that, but the outdoor space is pretty nice (unfortunately no easy way to get there from inside, you have to walk out the front entrance and around)

Wow!!!!! I would like to share that I travel for a living. While traveling for work I make it a goal to find new, trendy, and lively places in each city that I visit.

I recently had the opportunity to experience Modern Berry for the first time. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a warming smile, uplifting and loving vibe from the workers; one of which I would discover was Maggie the owner. Maggie was patient enough to let me process the menu, took time to inquire about my habits regarding food preference, and then provided multiple suggestions. Both my dragonfruit bowl, and coffee came out 5 Stars.

The dragonfruit was a perfectly smooth consistency, portion well with granola and other toppings. One of the COOLEST features was I was able to provide artwork that would be printed on top of my coffee (see images).

It has been my experience that during and following the pandemic customer service has taken a drastic decline. Modern Berry restored my belief in genuine human connection, empathy, kindness, and establishments having an upbeat environment. I would 10/10 recommend rewarding yourself with Modern Berry OKC. This business has earned a loyal customer both for QUALITY of Food/Drink, but especially with the customer services.

This is such a great little place! So happy I found it. I've been here several times now and have tried smoothies, tea, coffee, chai latte and matcha. All excellent. Way healthier than what you'd get at Starbucks, and oh my, the açaí bowls are the best in the city.

Lovely lo-fi vibes, if that makes sense.

The inside is charming. It has nice deco, sturdy tables to work at and also cosy couches and chairs, but I think my favourite part is the cute little courtyard outside with its picnic tables, tree, and comfy patio furniture.

It's a great place to get your breakfast and morning coffee but also a great place to chill in the evening, or to snag a relaxing moment any time of day.

I'm delighted this cafe opened in my neighborhood. It is now my go-to coffee shop for the convenience, the quality, the coziness. It just ticks every box. I have no complaints. (Actually, that's not true, in my perfect world, all coffee shops would open at 5am or earlier, 24 hours would be best, but I am not going to hold that...
