Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in The Village

If I cpuld give negative stars I would. At approximately 8:28 pm on Sunday, April 28th my husband and I arrived at the Little Ceasars after getting the text message that our pizza was ready at the Pizza Portal. Upon arriving there I noticed there was another car who appeared to be waiting as well and about 3 cars in the drive thru. My husband tried to open the door only to discover it qas locked, no one was at the counter, and no sign as to why the loby was closed. I knocked on the door so that the person in the back , at the cut table was a white blonde women with her hair in a bun, could hear us thinking maybe they locked the door accidentally but when the women returned to the till she completely ignored both my presence as well as my husband's when we were in full view. I then called the store: Women: Thank you for calling Little Ceasars; How can I help you? Me: hi! Are you the only one working right now? W: No there is one other person here with me. M: okay well you've got myself and another car waiting because the loby doors are locked. W: rudely um yeah I know M: oookay well do you want us to go through the drive thru or just wait outside? W: rudely either way it will take the same amount of time. M: hm okay thank you W: she hangs up The cashier comes up and tapes a sign to the front window saying the loby is closed and to use the drive thru. Doesn't acknowledge us and just walks away. I let the other car know what the women had told me. I go to the drive thru, let them know I was there to pick up my Pizza Portal order and the name, and I get to the pick up window. I wasn't greeted. I was told "what's the name" , he grunted and went to get it, I asked him for cheese and peppers, rather than he acknowledge my request he just said "what two liter", grunted ,again, in response, threw my breaksticks and sauce into a bag and I asked him again for cheese and peppers, and to which he said "I got it", he grabbed my two liter and my cheese and peppers. While he was handing them to me: Me: It looks like you guys are a little short handed tonight! Are you guys under staffed? Qushawn: rudely what do you even mean? M: I mean the loby is closed and you guys look a little backed up. Q: rolls eyes right closes window Honestly what kind of customer service are you teaching your employees? Only staffing 2 employees on a Sunday night? This isn't the first bad experience I've had at this location but it is by far the worse. When I returned home our breadsticks were smushed, our pizza was luke warm at best and thin, and our marinara sauce was actually cold. What are you going to do about the lack of training in customer facing? What are you going to do about the absolute blatant rudeness myself and ,probably, plenty of others have faced at this location ? What are you going to do about the staffing situation? done with little caesars. today at 1:15(10721 n may) I received for the third time in a row over the past two months a" hot and ready pizza" that was old and barley warm . that means there isn't a little caesars in this area that I can go to, the store at 10914 n. penn is worse.(stoped going to that location 6 months ago.) now all of my pizza money will go to papa johns and marcos.in a pinch a hot dominoes pizza is better than a cold ,greasy little ceasars pizza. the paper liner on the bottom of the box gets incredible oily when the pizza gets old. If I could post a negative star instead of "one star" I would. UPDATE NEXT MORNING!!! I had a rough night (I will skip the details)and still a upset stomach this morning .I had two pieces of that pizza yesterday. the store opens at 11:30 I bought my pizza at approximately 1:15, i think the pizza that was served to me was more than two hours old. i think it must have been left over from the night before. the old pizza was put in a fresh box right before it was served to me with a smile as if nothing could be wrong. that means ,THERE IS A PRACTICED TECHNIQUE TO SERVING OLD PIZZA. im sure im not the first to receive this technique.I WILL NOT BE BACK EVER TO ANY LOCATION . tell...

The service at this establishment sucks I usually call I'm my order but ,95% of the time it doesnt help cause they won't turn in your order I asked one of the workers not too long ago, why is it that everyone that called in order can't get their pizza, you end up having to reorder that at least another 20--30 ,min. The lady said the problem no one no how to spell names I assuming it cause it loud in the. Restaurant do they can't hear names well. Anyway to prevent another long wait try to spell my name for them but guy you could tell didn't listen or written down. I temm my son what happened and informed him. If the pizza are not in process.of being made then we will not get third pizza I will go to one of the other restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised when I pick up my pizza the gentle ask me my name after stating called in order and repeated my order and actually I'm mediately giving it to me with no wait with s smile which is totally abnormal for anyone working there.
