I’ve always loved this place since I started eating here, 10 years ago! Always had a good experience, but today was not so good. When I called to place a to-go order around 3:45pm, Senah answered and started immediately coughing on the phone, directly into the phone, in my ear. When I stated that I’d like to place a to-go order she asks me what I’d like, as I start to place my order she interrupted me saying “first let me get your name…”. I proceeded with my name & my order, she repeated it back to me and it was correct. My order was supposed to be 1 chicken Thai fried rice with a 1 spice, a side order of Thai fried rice with 0 spice, an order of spring rolls and a Thai tea with no ice. When I got in the car I checked the order and everything seemed correct, expect it was a full order of Thai fried rice with 0 spice instead of a side order. I looked at the receipt and it shows I paid for a full order so it wasn’t a big deal. One box was label as 1spice the other box labeled 0spice. The 0 spice was supposed to be for my 7 y/o but when I got home and went to serve my child the 0 spice rice, I smelled it and I could tell that it had spice in it. I tasted and had another family member taste it as well and both of us confirmed it was too spicy for my child. She was not able to eat it. The kitchen line receipt was in the bag and it was labeled correctly, minus it needing to be a side of rice and not a whole order. Not sure what went wrong tonight, this is the first time I’ve had any issues, and it was pretty disappointing. 😔

As soon as we walked in, we were met with a smile and "hello" from a man in a brown hat. He said we could sit wherever we wanted, and we did just that. Soon after, a woman greeted us and took our drink order with a big smile. It was a great first impression. The duo were so sweet and attentive. The woman was our primary waitress, and she was brimming with happiness every time she spoke with us, and never failed to make sure we were doing well. We ordered Thai tea, which was a little too sweet for my liking, but it was still very good. The Thai Spring Rolls were delicious and crisp, and despite them being fried, were not greasy. They were fresh and very tasty. My boyfriend got Pad Zee Ew, which was good, but looked and tasted a little more like Pad Thai, but the flavors were still good and unique. I ordered the green curry, and it was spectacular. Not overly sweet like a lot of curries in the area. We both ordered level three spice, and it wasn't too spicy in my opinion, but they were glad to bring us Thai chilies. Anyway, to wrap this up, the atmosphere is nice. There's a TV but it wasn't distracting lyrics loud. The waitstaff was amazing (which is why we, without hesitation, tipped about 40%), and the food was very good. Would recommend!

I was excited to eat here ordered an appetizer and two meals with an extra order of rice for my 12 month old. when the food was brought out 35 minutes later, it wasn’t a problem, except for that I did not have my correct order. He then gave that order to the neighboring table as well as all of their order. I was not told at all where if they got mixed up if it was almost ready, so then he came over to check on us. During this time, at least just bring the serving of fried rice, which I still was giving an update on my food and when I asked for it, he told me he would go check. He never came back to tell me anything and continue to dodge my table as well as the other table freshwater at least three times. The other female serving also saw our table, but did not say anything to us so I waved her down. I told her I told her that I would like to cancel my order that I had not gotten my food in over 45 mins, She said still no explanation so I asked for the manager. The manager was not in, so I told him that I was not gonna be paying for the food (which was barely ) and that it was outrageous that I did not receive any food or no comment and that the other table had been been served before i had been served. also, this location says that it serves high chairs, but I was never offered one for my 12 month old . As well as no kid menu or kid friendly drinks Except water And unsweet tea. I was disregarded and then banned from the establishment. It left Venmo sour taste in my mouth because as soon as I started to complain and was voicing my complaint, I felt as though I was being racially discriminated at. Just another black girl yelling at a...
