These guys are fantastic. I spoke with David in the Tomball store about an engagement ring. He referred me to his wife Jessica at the Magnolia store. Jessica is wonderful. She helped me design and get an engament ring made in a very short period of time that I had prior to a trip I had planned to get engaged. She educated me on diamonds and helped me pick one out that was in my budget and would look great on the designer setting I had chosen. The ring turned out beautiful and my fiance' loved it. I took 2 watches, Seiko and Citizen, in for battery replacement. The Seiko had not been worn in a while, but had been wearing the Citizen daily. The young girl took them to the back is when I heard a hammering noise. She came back, handed my the Seiko, and told me the Citizen need repair for the hour hand as it wasn’t moving. It was fine when the battery went down. The lady at front said the cost would be around $30.00 however, when she sent it out for a quote, she called saying it was going to be $130.00.
