Been using this business majority of this year do good work but randomly over the last couple months have been getting charged for dry cleaning shirts that are requested to be washed and ironed with light starch. Have recently had more issues and have discussed with the evening staff. Dropped off shirts this past week and followed op with same girl I discussed issue with and she said manager was on top made changes etc to fix issues. I go yesterday to pick up shirts and well guess what problem is not fixed I got charged dry cleaning for 3 shirts. These are daily work shirts for construction work not dry clean only shirts. CANNOT COMPREHEND HEAVY STARCH!!! Had issues last time with getting. Jeans back and nowhere near even medium starched. Have used them for a couple years and have had several issues getting brand new jeans back missing buttons. Showed them the blue tag still on jeans that weren’t heavy starched and told them I want them to stand up on their own if I need to pay extra I will. Went back today to brand new jeans with uneven creases one back pocket creased one not. Starch is still not heavy starch and didn’t press the waistband. I was picking up cleaning on a Thursday after 5pm when there were just young employees there, another young girl came in the store and started flipping her middle fingers to all the other employees joking with them right in front of me. I don't think that's good for business to show such rude behavior in front of customers. I don't think she was an employee since she came in the door as I was paying.
