I stopped by Sweetwaters kind of on a whim, not expecting much beyond a decent coffee—but I ended up having one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time, thanks to Jaclyn.

She greeted me like she actually wanted to be there (which is rare enough these days), and not in a forced, fake-happy way—just genuinely warm and attentive. She walked me through a couple drink options when I was being indecisive, and even made a personal recommendation that ended up being exactly what I didn’t know I wanted. Her vibe was calm, friendly, and completely effortless.

What really stuck out was how present she was. She wasn’t rushing through the order or staring past me like I was just another ticket in the queue. She actually looked me in the eye, smiled like it meant something, and talked to me like a real person. That kind of thing sounds small, but it completely changes the feel of a place.

I stopped by your store on 1488 on Monday (2.13) about 3:00 to purchase a couple of drinks. Let me say that your staff is always friendly and your store manager, Heather, is top notch. If you don’t mind, I would like share an example of Heather’s positive engagement with her customers. We went through the drive through about a month ago and ordered our usual. My wife happened to mention that she really need a good drink since she was having surgery that week for a knee replacement. Heather and her staff completed our drink orders (which by the way Heather has memorized my drink request (Dirty Cold Brew that includes an extra shot of expresso and 5 Splendas). Heather took the time to add a special note on the side of the cup saying “Libby, hope your surgery goes well and you get well soon”. My wife kept the cup and placed it for safe keeping in...

Sweetwater Coffee Shop is such a gem! The service here is excellent — everyone is so friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit feel like a treat. The drinks are absolutely delicious, with plenty of tasty options to choose from, whether you’re in the mood for something classic or a little more creative. Their matcha is made with real matcha (not the fake stuff!) and it’s so smooth and flavorful — definitely one of the best around.

The atmosphere is perfect — it’s a fun and inviting space where you can comfortably work, meet up with friends, or just relax and enjoy the vibe. My personal favorite part? The incredible artwork displayed throughout the shop — and even better, it’s all for sale! It’s such a unique touch that makes each visit feel inspiring.
