The best Business Center and Shipping Store in all of Houston Conroe area!

Veteran owned, and husband + wife team that offer every shipping carrier, mailbox rentals, Notary and accept Amazon packages 📦 with a label.

They even do commercial Printing flyers, banners, business cards, flyers, direct mail campaigns and the owner worked at a big tech company and even has built websites for local companies here!

Reading the only two negative reviews here, they were both dropoffs, customers who appear that they never even spent a dollar in the store so their negative reviews just make me chuckle.

Their mailboxes are more affordable than UPS Store and UPS and FedEx labels are cheaper here than at the UPS and FedEx stores! Mark and his staff go above and beyond for this community and even offer local merchandise and local art , and he puts Linux on customers aging computers for free as a community service!

The Shipping Place next to Monarca's Mexican Restaurant recently opened for business this year. I have used their services several times. The owner Mark and his wife Carmen are fantastic to work with. Very professional, and able to provide a number of ways to ship items. Most recently I needed to get my daughter's wedding bouquet to a preservationist and it needed to be overnighted that day. I arrived after 4 pm which meant the package could not go out that day. I knew it was my fault the bouquet wouldn't arrive in time. However, they decided to try to get the package to FedEx before the truck pulled out from the FedEx building. I got really lucky. The Shipping Place delivered it before the truck left, and FedEx decided to accept it for overnight service. I couldn't believe they made the extra effort for me. I will not forget the care they took with my package, and I will be doing business with them for a long time. Don't forget, if you want something overnighted, arrive...

Our experience here started very positively. I would have previously rated this place 5 star for sure. I thought I'd built a pretty good relationship with the owner. I'd drop off our mostly FedEx and UPS packages from our small business roughly 2 times a week. Usually anywhere between 1 and 5 packages.

One day I had my husband drop off my packages and he went in like usual and the store owner completely berated him in front of other customers and told us that we were banned from the store because we take up too much space and they don't get enough money in kick backs from the shipping companies we use.

So definitely do not go here if you have your own labels and just want to drop off. It's a shame that FedEx lists them as our drop off location because they definitely don't allow it and will get really nasty out of absolutely no where if you do.

But if you're going in there to actually purchase something, they owner is very pleasant...
