I come at least twice a week manual,and amigos do a great job.i walked in today and had left my kane in the car and the young lady who was hosting was pleasant as always .we began to where she has seen me sit comfortably at other visits to my favorites place on planet for me tight now when s old broad nerds s arm if a willing hosts with the mostest.gave me her arm to hold so I felt safe waking to my seat for my lunch. I'm here from Colorado and have been here 8 months and I promise you it's not easy moving everything and finding new places to come when I need that humanity unconditional care and concern for others I see this staff roll it into a warm food grilling and good lord the good I can just say try it you will love the experience.thank you all for the love always giving to me .when I walk threw the door. He picked Monarcas as it’s his go to Mexican restaurant with the fresh ranch waters and his favorite carne asada. Calling for reservations two days beforehand was a joke as they threw it together in the bar area quick when I requested the left main seating side. That didn’t bother me, but the lack of servers did. We waited 20 minutes for our drink order, then when we got our ranch waters they tasted weird. We asked for a shot of tequila on the side and it was still off. I believe they were made with ever clear. Nothing like the mixtures before, and I even made a comment to the waiter. Read moreIf you want actual Mexican food this is not the spot. Wife and I went here with our kiddos, and walked into the restaurant with the live music so loud I couldn't hear anything. The music was country, which I guess was kind of odd For the type of cuisine we were there to eat.
We ordered Fajitas for two and the meat was dry and salty. The Flour tortillas were pre package quality. We also ordered a (yellow) queso, with jalepenos on the side. The "jalepenos" were mostly pickled carrots rather than any jalepenos. My youngest daughter got a pepperoni pizza and it was poor quality at best. My older kiddo got a fajita quesadilla which she claimed tasted good.
Wife had a tropical-rita that was good. I had a hurricane it was good. 2nd drink Paloma. Very good.
