Welltopia Pharmacy — Local services in Thiensville

I used to only go to only the big name brand pharmacies for all of my prescriptions, medications, and wellness needs, until I found Welltopia in Thiensville WI that is. Omar the pharmacist and his staff, are absolutley amazing! The level of care they provide is simply unmatched. They treat you like a V.I.P- making you feel as if you are their one and only patient.

They have ALWAYS been beyond accommodating when it comes to any number of issues such as needing an early fill prior to a vacation or work trip, any short term insurance lapse concerns, and reaching out to my prescribing medical care team for any and all questions and refills; so that everything is processed and ready for me to pickup, all before I would even need to call them and make such a request myself first!!!

They are also SO great about having your meds ready and available to you ON TIME. Never any long waits! They will even, upon request, mail your medications to you. I believe their standard time frame, for your medication arrival, is about 2 to 3 days. This is so very helpful and makes it so that you have one less thing to worry about when it comes to scrambling to find any extra time to physically get out and pick them up for yourself.

Never have I ever had such top notch care!

Another shining example of this, that I just recently encountered myself, was their ability and commitment to making sure I have my meds prior to running out of them and also to me getting my newly prescribed meds, as fast as possible. I was unable to pick them up, and so they offered to ship them to me. I explained that I couldn't wait the standard 2 to 3 days because I had just taken my very last doses. Omar then offered to overnight ship them to me, free of charge! Like, who does that!? Not ANY other.pharmacy I have ever given my business to in the past, that's for CERTAIN!!!

Now I have moved from Thiensville, all the way down to St Francis, WI. (Right next to Mitchell Int airport.) And yet, I still keep my pharmacy needs with Welltopia in Thiensville. They have been nothing short of amazing to me and my family, and therefore, they have gained my forever loyalty as a customer, in return! 🫶❤️‍🩹

All in all, I urge you to.give this pharmacy a chance. Choose to support this small, local, and family run business and you WILL NOT be disappointed!

Forever a Welltopia...

I can not say enough good things about Welltopia Pharmacy and all their pharmacists and employee's. Omar, from my first visit to his pharmacy made a personal connection and a desire to help our family. We have had several unique health challenges and he has gone above and beyond the typical pharmacy experience to help us . Omar not only has helped my WI based family, but my nieces, nephews, friends and especially my parents as they aged. Omar was also able to find OTC nutraceuticals to help them in profound ways. He offers a unique service to consult with patients and their physicians to offer his expertise in what is new in nutraceuticals and compounding pharmacy options. Sometimes when patients are not responding to certain protocols for chronic states of illness, a unique , safe out of the box idea needs to be the path one takes. Omar is very well versed and is ahead of the curve with what is in the literature. AND, what is SAFE and efficacious. I have been able to refer his phamacy to my friends, and fellow healthcare partners without reserve. We have since moved much further away from his pharmacy but we remain loyal to Welltopia as Omar makes it easy with quick delivery and his pharmacy reminds us when to refill so we stay on track with our pharmacy needs. AND, on more than once occasion, bc life happens, I have come home to find my prescription at my front door as he delivered it himself , bc we needed it. WHo does that? Omar and Welltopia do.

Omar is passionate about empowering patients and education. He took the time out of his busy schedule to be guest on my podcast that I started as a way to help empower people during the pandemic ( MED-Knights Roundtable alongside top healthcare providers in their fields for 12 episodes during the hardest hit time in 2020. Omar is dedicated to helping others. Omar believes he can help educate people on how they can help themselves stay healthy, and he does just that. . I used their website for the 1st time to place an order for a probiotic i was out of as the price was good and the site offered free shipping on orders over $30. My pills were $31.92 but the site was still charging me a flat rate shipping fee so i called the number on their site which is to the direct pharmacy. I was told the woman who handles the online site was busy giving covid shots and she would call me back. Later that day i got a call that it would be submitted to fix the issue and try again in a few hours. 24 hours later same issue so i then sent the business instagram page a message as to not bother the people in the pharmacy and received an immediate response. They advised the issue would be forwarded and a few hours later i was able to make the purchase. 4 days later i still did not receive a tracking email so i messaged the instagram again and they immediately responded and said i would receive a tracking email. 2 days later still no email so i contacted them again as my pill needs refrigerated & i live in an apartment so if it is delivered to the leasing office I would not know. The attached screen shots is the hostility i was met with. I'm not sure why as I'm the customer and I'm only reaching out with legitimate issues beyond my control. After my last message they proceeded to send me EIGHT back to back messages which i didn't bother to read as i immediately hit delete & block. Im not arguing with a company when I'm a paying customer.
