Review number one: Online order last week. Stopped to pick up sandwich for my Mom. When I unwrapped the "club" at her house to serve, there was no meat. Web site lists ham and turkey as part of the sandwich. Not mine. Felt cheated, so looked at the receipt which clearly listed the ham and turkey. I called the Thiensville location and ended up with the employee pretty much calling me a liar, as he said he remembered my order, and he personally put both the ham and turkey on my sandwich. Told him i was prepared to bring him back the meatless sandwich and he again reiterated he put on both meats. So really? I have ordered party boxes from this location multiple times so now I am trying to get something for free? Terrible customer service skills. Employee told me I didnt need to bring back the sandwich and would credit my online purchase. (which did happen) Review number two: Stopped yesterday and ordered a sandwich to go. Two customers in front of me. Placed my order and stood off to the side to wait. Watching the two guys building the orders left me wondering when I may receive my purchase. Seemed to be having a great time chatting each other up, one bragging to the other about being named employee of the month. No sense of urgency here at all. A lady came out behind the counter and asked me if she could take my order. Told her I was still waiting. Then asked her what time it was. I placed my order at 2:06 pm as stated on my pickup receipt. She responded it was now 2:24. I asked why it was taking so long to get my order. The guys behind the counter looked stunned at me inquiring and called me out on it. She indicated she was on break prior. Again, what I would expect from this location on customer service skills. The lady offered me free fries, chips or whatever to apologize for this delay. Read moreI have visited this location multiple times and I do enjoy the quality of the food and the cleanliness of the lobby. The elderly lady who works the cash register is super sweet and very friendly, however the young lady who prepares the food displays a bit of attitude towards others. I was a bit disappointed when I visited a few days ago because the elderly lady took the order of the individual in front of me and the total was like $12.02. The individual handed the elderly lady a $20 and then a few moments later said oh I have $0.02cents. The elderly lady had already entered the $20 and then proceeded to take the two cents to then make correct change. The young lady who was preparing then food then yelled at the elderly lady "hey, no don't do that. You will mess up the register." The young lady then walked over and took control of the register. The young lady then continued to make comments regarding messing up the register for several moments even after I ordered. This entire interaction made me feel uncomfortable. I felt as if the younger lady had a bad attitude and I think she could have did a better job of correcting the situation. This experience made me feel uncomfortable about visiting the location as I feel that a confrontation may occur due to the young lady's attitude. Otherwise this is a very good place.

I usually order online around lunch time, so when I stop in to pick up my food, the sub was usually ready to go and I would just wait a few minutes for them to make the fries. In and out in only a few minutes...Great! However, within the past few months things have changed. There seems to be new staff making the subs and they are always disorganized. They seem overwhelmed and actually argue with each other and complain about the customers loud enough for everyone to hear. Now, even when I order online, there is still a 10-15 minute wait after I arrive. My sub is never prepared before I get there, which is usually 15 to 20 minutes after I place the order. They seem to make the walk in customers orders and ignore the online orders until they get there. About a month ago I had to wait an additional 25 minutes in the store for my food. I had placed the order online 20 minutes before I even showed up. While I was waiting that 25 minutes, at least 5 other customers walked in, ordered and had their food made prior to my order. The young lady taking the orders is very nice, she remembers your name, but you can tell she feels bad about the wait times and Is embarrassed by her coworkers lack of professionalism and disorganizaton.
