I have ordered from them 2 times in a row each time 2 separate outfits had to have additional work done by a seamstress to fix issues with the outfits and the last order I placed Was for Christmas dresses that I ordered October 7th with an apprx turn around time of 8 weeks and ended up being 10 weeks I didn’t receive till the the 17th of December. I tried talking with them to work these issues out but they were very defensive and stated 8 weeks is just an apprx time and my daughters ripped outfit the first time she wore it really upset me and no offer of a partial refund to pay the seamstress to fix it. They did say I could mail it back and they would fix it and get it back out to me but by then the season would have been over especially seeing how long it takes these items to ship. By the time my daughter received her Christmas dresses it was pointless to have them and I paid almost $100 for 2 dresses and one did not fit properly. When I recived my shipping number it sat there 5 days before it was even actually shipped. The clothing is beautiful and very well made (other than the ripped outfit) as I realize things do happen but they should be upfront about shipping for a holiday order when they know it’s not going to make it in time. The customer service is lacking and I could never get a reply by email and had to do a PayPal claim to get a response from them. Read moreI agree with all the reviews on how horrible customer service is. They are extremely rude and go by “the customer is always wrong.” The dress and romper I ordered for OVER $100 was pictured as an olive green but when I received them, they were this ugly emerald green. They said they had a picture of the true dress in the pictures, which wasn’t there when I bought them, but regardless...why put a filter on it to alter the color? Show the TRUE product. Then the monogram was so shoddy looking. My daughter has two J’s in her name and they were two completely different looking J’s and they claimed it’s because it has to be like that for a circle monogram. I do monograms and mine never alter the same letters! It blows my mind that their conscience doesn’t bother them by overcharging and sending shoddy work. She literally did everything but flat out tell me I was wrong. This is the second time I’ve ordered from them with issues. Thought the first time was a fluke but now I know that they are just a terrible company. Heaven Scent but the customer service is from hell. Do not waste your money on this joke of a business. 💀

I ordered a romper and in the box labeled “monogram” on their website listing for the item I left the monogram I wanted. My outfit arrived with no monogram. I even double checked the description for the item and it says to leave the full name OR monogram you want. The lady I spoke with stated they could only do the full name despite what the description on the website says. I stated there was no way for me to know this as it wasn’t written anywhere for me to read on their site and someone should have contacted me to clarify. She stated they are too busy to contact people so they just sent it blank and I should have known bc the picture of the item has the full name. I’m not sure why just a picture would tell me that when the description clearly states you can leave a monogram. She offered no resolution and again displayed a very bad attitude.
