I finally got my neckless from Bill's and it's a dream come true. Thank you so much for taking something old and giving it life again. From the start my experience with this family business was very good. I'm pretty intuitive so after my initial visit I was impressed with the integrity I felt. While there a lovely ring caught my attention. Since it seemed beyond my budget at that time, I declined going further. Even so they graciously printed out for me a photo and description of the ring. I waited over the weekend and then went back to look again. They presented a payment option that allowed me to realistically purchase this gem. I did so. I went in to get a necklace fixed this past Monday. Both employees were friendly and I was seen as soon as I arrived. Mr. Crawford got to work on the necklace as soon as I gave it to him and had it prepared in good timing. I was not in a rush, but the wait was not long. The other associate, a young lady was very professional as well. She helped several people while I was waiting. The store itself was very nice and clean. I paid a bit less than what I expected which was very nice. I was left feeling satisfied with the quality of work and the level of professionalism.
