I CAME FROM TALLAHASSEE, FL ON 6/16/2022 at 11:00 A.M AND I DECIDED TO STOP BY MARYLANDS FRIED CHICKEN IN THOMASVILLE, GA. I ORDERED A PORK CHOP DINNER, THEY COOKED THE PROKCHOP FRESH BUT DID NOT DRAIN THE MEAT, THEY BROUGHT IT OUT TO ME FULL OF GREASE, I SENT IT BACK FOR THEM TO REMAKE IT, THEY REMADE IT AND FOR THE 2ND TIME IT WASN'T MUCH BETTER. WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR THE PORKCHOPS TO COME OUT MY PREVIOUSLY MADE FRIES WAS COLD. SO I ASKED THEM TO REMAKE THEM AS WELL SO ALL OF MY FOOD WOULD BE FRESH. THE OWNER DIDN'T WANT TO REMAKE IT, HE TOLD ME THAT HE HAD ALREADY MADE MY FRIES. SENSE HE DIDN'T WANT TO REMAKE IT I TOLD HIM THAT I WANTED A REFUND AND HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY REFUND. THE OWNER WAS VERY UNCOOPREATIVE AND HE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO TREAT HIS CUSTOMERS. HE IS NOT A GOOD BUSINESS OWNER/PERSON WHEN IT COMES TO SERVING PEOPLE. A NOTE TO THE OWNER WHEN WE ARE THE ONES THAT'S CAUSING YOUR BUSINESS TO FLOURISH, PATRONIZING YOUR BUSINESS WITH OUR HARD EARNED MONEY BY ALL MEANS NECCESARY SATISFY US AT ALL COST. CUSTOMERS COMES FIRST SIR. AND IF I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH THE ORDER THEN AS A PAYING CUSTOMER THE OWNER, MANAGER, SUPERVISOR OR WHOEVER SHOULD GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE THE PAYING CUSTOMER SATISFIED. AS FOR ME I WILL NEVER ENTER THAT PLACE AGAIN. POOR SERVICES, BAD TREATMENT AND A BAD EXPERIENCE ALL TOGETHER. Read moreI’ve been going to chicken place since a child but last week I was treated horribly and also banned from the premises. They gave me over cooked food and when I asked them to re make the food the manager refused and told me to deal with it. After asking for a refund he denied that as well. He even went as far as stating “ I wonder what type of job you have”, which had nothing to do with the situation at hand. He was very rude to his staff and I’ve never had an experience like this. This manager that was present on last Wednesday was very racist, rude to his staff and inconsiderate to customers. The officer that was called out gave me the owners name because he felt that it was a bit over reactive to ban me for asking for a refund. The manager was still making slick remarks in front of the officer but I remained calm as the officer told me to. I sent a Facebook message to the new owner making him aware of what happen and I was never contacted to rectify this situation.
