I have been going to Thomson Twin Cinema since I can remember. Never have I had such a terrible experience there. I went to view Paranormal Activity 4 this past Sunday. When the movie started it was so dark we couldn't even see the picture. When we reported this to the projectionist he said, "That is as good as it gets. It has been this way for a week or so. The bulbs are going out & they are expensive!" I was amazed at that answer. So we are supposed to watch it that way?! No, I don't think so. So we went to the concession stand to get our money back. I am very upset at the lack of customer service skills this so called "manager"...

The only problem that I have is sometimes the sound can be a little too low. Other than that, it's a great bargain, great place to...

Having 1 side open and putting smaller seats so more can fit is a bad idea. I know many people that will not go back because of seats. We were all shoulder to shoulder. Very uncomfortable! Won't be going back unless that changes. We were all...
