On 4/16 The staff was so new they had no idea how to fix an error they made. They wanted me to eat my food cold, while they had to remake my husband's correctly. Then I said well his fries will be cold. They offered to give him more fries. So I said so I'm going to eat my entire meal cold cause you have to re-cook something you made s mistake on? He said yes. Then I just give me a refund. He acted like why you'll get the sandwich fixed..... WOW. I asked for the GM and he made the situation right. Then I go at 830 just to get a milkshake.... I'm still thinking 1/2 prove shakes after 8. That's fine if you don't do that but...... well..... so I pull up order 2 large cake batter shake the total $6.04. So after I watch every car on my side leave with their food. Then I watch a 3 more come in park, order get their food and leave. So I asked why is that everyone got their food etc and I'm just sorting here waiting on 2 shakes, that is it no food just shakes. I was told that they were behind on 7 milkshake orders. Ok, I let it go. Then that same girl only brings me one shake... I say where is the other. She oh but you were only charged for one. I said but I ordered 2, now had the strall screen actually worked I would have seen that. So I said one shake is $6.04? I asked when they discontinued their half price shakes after 8. She said I don't know, i don't even know if we ever did. Then proceeds to tell me others have asked that same thing. Ok so go find out..... nope. Then tried to place a new order for another shake for full price without even checking. I said no thanks. I remember now why we stopped eating at Sonic .... horrible customer service. They don't know how to diffuse a situation and make the errors right. Then guess what I call corporate and that lady literally made me feel it was petty over a milk shake. She didn't want to hear about the meal situation from the week before from April 7th. So I told her even corporate had to no customer service skills...
Read moreThe last few times I have ordered from the Thomson location something has been wrong with my order. Ordered a number 12 Jumbo Popcorn Chicken with BBQ sauce and asked for the meal to be a large. The screen shows a large meal, and when I get to the window the girl hands me a small drink. I ask her to please remake it as I asked for a large and she does. Get home and they gave me the wrong sized meal.
Tried to call the number on Google, but immediately got sent to a full voicemail and it hung up on me. Had to call corporate who offered to send me a coupon for a medium sized order via email. (Haven’t received these yet 8 hours later) They asked for my receipt number, but I haven’t been given a receipt in months, just given my card back.
A week ago I got a soft pretzel and it was burnt and didn’t have salt. I stopped in to grab a bite before work, and they took so long that I just had to leave because I didn’t have time for them to fix it.
Got a Sonic Blast and the texture was off, the m&m’s helped so I guess it wasn’t too bad.
Asked for a number 1 plain with fries, again on my way to work. They take a while to get my food to me. I get halfway to work and go to eat my fries and I pull out tater tot’s.
Moral of the story: If you get anything more than a single drink, always double check your food because something will be wrong, and never come here when on a...
Read moreAbsolutely, by-far the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. I only go here because I travel this side of town frequently. They constantly mess your order up, bring out cold food or melted milkshakes, and that only happens when they actually do bring your order out. I know within the last 3 months at least 3 different times I’ve ordered waited well over 15 minutes, checked in order because the carhop had cleared my order out, wait another 10 minutes and it finally is brought out unless I have to call again! After their constant mistakes the carhops and managers act as if they did no wrong and it was my fault! There is a young (early 20’s) white female manager that works a lot of nights and weekend mornings and she is the absolute worst! I almost feel as if she sees my order come thru and deliberately messes it up, and refuses to come outside when I complain about my order. This sonic is an absolute joke!!
