My mom had a problem with her back right wheel, they did the job and got paid for it. She left parked the car didn't use it until the next day. She got up for work as soon as she pulls off the same wheel made a loud noise... she came back, told me, I took a look at it. The brake dust shield was bend up rubbing against the wheel. I read the reviews and I noticed every time someone had a problem with the wheels or breaks the reviews are not good. I took my moms car back up there and the owner said that's not his problem and he can care less that it wasn't doing that before it left his shop. All I could think about was wonder if that was his mother in that position. He has no integrity and don't want to take accountability for his mistakes 😔. It's sad how people want to be paid for the services but when the job is not done right. They have the audacity not wanting to take responsibility for doing a bad job. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE WHEELS OR BRAKE...

The parking lot is packed constantly, which means that they have too much work for the amount of people working there. On top of that, the location is terrible, and when they need to move cars, they block traffic on a busy street. The flatbed driver blocks two lanes of traffic on the side of the street where the business is located, and partially blocks the left lane on the opposite side of the street. No one wears a safety vest, there were no traffic cones or warning triangles, and the rest of the shop just stood around and watched. In the meantime, traffic is backed up while they take their time, people are driving on the wrong side of the road, and cutting people off creating ripe conditions for an accident. I wouldn’t take my vehicles there even if they did work for free! Sooner or later, someone is going to have an accident, and they’ll be sued out...

Lafrance auto shop is a rip off I only had a 500 Deductible and this man saying I old him 1000 and wouldn’t give me a Receipt for the 10000 I paid him to fix my car and he also didn’t finish the job and he had the car for over two months and my bumper was still hanging off he told me to bring it back in a few day I never did I paid him 300 cash on the day of pick up and I still never received a receipt or a copy of anything that he did to the vehicle. Please be aware of scam and he will use old parts and will not replace the real part. This shop is know for fixing one issue and a week later something else go out because he is running a scam on yall . He don’t need his business renewed. He was once a humble respectful man know I guess the money got to his head....
