Just was at the 7-11 it is new worker first day on the job and no manager around even corporate management was answering. The whole system is down and he is alone without help. I know this kid better be working for you 7-11 and if he his not. I told him I will help him sue you for not properly training him.. Further more a manager should be on duty or some with experience in the C-Store. Now the one that manages the store needs to be demoted or fired. This is bad for southland corporation..... The kid was in utter disarray there was so many people in the store when the system went down he was ringing somebody up on the register and then it went down. You can try to explain to them that he could not check anyone out or let anybody use their card or cash at the register you had no way of opening up the drawer. It's really sad to see how the job industry has changed so much. It's like all you want is your pockets filled with lots of money and you can care less about the little man that's working for you that's a shame. Furthermore if that young man is still working for you I will frequent your store. If he is not I will make sure the people that I dunno will not come to that store ever again because management is bad...

They haven't had the capachino machine working in a month, the manger is very rude always on her phone tells me she never knew about it being down then she has an order placed then she tells me she has no powder for the chi tea. Very rude you really need to do something about her, it's a dirty 711 I can into any other 711 were they are friendly and very clean if she didn't talk on the phone all the time she could get something done, cups are never filled she blames her staff for everything. The kid tried explaining what he was trying to do but it seems the man behind the counter didn’t understand English very well and didn’t care hear anything. Then he gets to me and I have a ton of stuff and as I was struggling to get it on the counter he had an attitude with me and couldn’t even offer a bag.
