Arsenal Comics & Games is easily the best comic shop I have ever visited.

I first went to arsenal with a request for a comic run that two other shops said would be impossible to fulfill. Despite just opening and being extremely busy Timmy told me he would see what he could do. Two weeks later he had the entire run I had asked for.

Every time I have visited the shop the staff has been extremely friendly and helpful. They make great recommendations, have a huge wall of weekly releases, a great board game selection, and their case of hard to find comics is one of the largest I have seen outside of a convention.

They host board game nights, where you can test play games as well as TCG games. The Magic events are run well and there is a ton of room to play, so you aren't cramped like some shops get. Also the bathroom is kept clean and well stocked with supplies which is a huge plus for these events as well.

I want to give a special shoutout to Luke at Arsenal Comics and Games. I couldn’t get to the store until the last hour on a Saturday when they were closing at 8:00pm. I had about a million different questions about books, storylines, runs, etc. etc. etc. He was TOTALLY patient with me, and even enthusiastic about explaining everything and then some. He made me feel comfortable, when I’m sure he had a lot to do at the end of the day.

I’m just getting back into collecting after being away from it for over 25 years and I felt very intimidated about starting again. But Luke is always just so helpful and motivated to help me that I have quickly become excited about it again. He is extremely knowledgeable about the vast world of the comic book universe(s), and at the same time very humble about sharing his knowledge. He is also very passionate about the subject matter and he has ignited a similar passion in me. I am so glad I found this shop; I feel like a kid again. Terrific service! I have been taking my daughter to Arsenal for over a year now. She loves comics and absolutely LOVES this shop! We look forward to picking up her pull every week! I love that it keeps both her and my son reading. They also have great gifts for bday presents and holidays. Arsenal is a great resource in our community for comics, but also for great events like signings, gaming events, midnight releases, and even great music performances! This shop has stellar costumer service! The owner, Timmy is always willing to go above and beyond for his customers, he is super knowledgeable, and gives great reading recommendations that never disappoint! I highly recommend this shop! And I love the fact that by shopping here we are supporting a local business that really puts their heart into their work, and truly cares for their customers! That kind of quality costumer attention is not always easy to find these days, which is part of what sets this shop apart from the rest, and makes it so refreshing! 5 stars...
