I can not express how dissatisfied I am about this location. My classic take out order is a triple triple and two double double with a shake. As always it took about an hour to get my meal. As I looked on the bag, the burgers looked smaller than usual. I picked up triple triple and noticed that it only had two patties. Thinking that was the double double I now pick up my actual double double, and it only had 1 patty. Not to mention these patties were as thin as paper. I looked at my receipt and saw that I was indeed charged for a triple triple and two double double. I couldn’t go back to complain because of the high traffic. As I was eating the disappointment of a burger, I also saw that the lettuce was thicker than the meat. This should not be possible. The shake was creamy. The meat was about the consistency of a rubber puck. No crunch in those disks. The bread was stale and the tomato wasn’t wet. I will not go back to this place again until they make...
Read moreMy cousins and I went to this In n Out location after going to the mall. I originally ordered only a double double. Then after I returned to order some fries. The restruant was fair empty for an In n Out so o expected to get my fries quickly then leave. After waiting a few minutes at my table, i got up to wait by the counter. As Marrissa (the employee) called numbers after mine with full meals, i became confused. After about 7 minutes of waiting i saw that Marrissa wasnt busy and told her I that I was concerned about my order being skipped. She told me she would get my fries asap. Then she proceeded with preparing other's orders. I finallt got tired of it and 25 minutes after ordering my fries I went to the register ajd asked for a refund and only then was I given my fries! I dont think Marrissa forgot my order, I believe that she was...
Read moreStop #1 on our 7-hour road trip from LA to Phoenix at In-N-Out Burger near Palm Springs. This iconic Californian and West Coast burger legend has earned a cult following for good reason: keeps things simple, fresh, and consistently delicious—never frozen beef, hand-cut fries. The real star? The not-so-secret “Animal Style” burger. With mustard grilled into the patty, extra pickles, grilled onions, and a generous slathering of their signature spread, it transforms the classic cheeseburger into a messy, satisfying indulgence. It’s not just a burger joint; for many, it’s a rite of passage.
In-N-Out's one-day pop-up event in Singapore in May 2024 at Columbus Coffee Co was sold out even before the official opening time. Whether you're a first-timer or a loyal fan, there's a reason people make pilgrimages for this...
