My husband and I recently visited Murphy Jewelers to update my wedding band after 33 years of marriage. My original set is just over 35 years old. We took advantage of the bridal event weekend and it did NOT disappoint!! We are somewhat new to the area and had previously updated my original engagement ring, with a Gabriel & Co. setting. When looking for a jeweler with a large selection of Gabriel & Co wedding bands to choose from, we happened upon Murphy Jewelers and the bridal event... perfect timing! I emailed the store, from their website to set an appointment time to come in and begin our search for the perfect wedding band. I promptly received an email back from Liz. I think I hit the jackpot when Liz became the sales person to help us. The Gabriel & Co rep, Paul who also assisted us in our search, offered a plethora of options to go with my new Gabriel & Co. engagement ring setting. I cannot stress how patient both Liz & Paul were as we went through all the options, even options I didn't know were a possibility. I finally chose a jacket/enhancer that essentially gave me a band in front and in back of my ring. We absolutely adore the look it gave to the engagement ring. The store is absolutely beautiful and everyone there is a pleasure to speak with while shopping. With that said, Liz is a gem and I hope she remains part of the Murphy family for as long as I am alive. Her communication was flawless and just a joy to speak with and work with while shopping for that perfect piece of jewelry, regardless of it being an engagement ring/wedding band set. Murphy Jewelers is top-notch and we will certainly return again in the future. I am a jewelry lover and I believe that Murphy Jewelers is now MY personal jeweler from this point forward. I am so grateful to have stumbled across them in my search for a new wedding band. Understanding the current Rolex supply/demand issues, I’d been working with Joshua Benzrihem at Murphys Jewelers to find the right Rolex Datejust 41 to commemorate my recent return from working overseas. My current collection is limited to a Breitling Navitimer, and Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch Professional. Joshua was up front and honest about managing my expectations in trying to obtain a Rolex allocation at this time in the market. That said, Joshua still invited me to visit the store to learn a little more about the brand as well as Murphys as a business. Once I arrived, staff members engaged me, and went out of their way to direct me towards Joshua and their Rolex display. After meeting Joshua in person, he asked specific details about what configuration requirements I had. After brainstorming a bit I came to realize he had already found a Datejust 41 for me, but wanted to be sure it met all my criteria, and that I’d immediately fall in love with it. Sure enough, my jaw dropped as soon as I saw the black dial with fluted bezel! Seconds later, Joshua rang me up and resized it for me. I’m beyond grateful and blown away with my experience here today! My plan was to just get to know Joshua and learn everything I could. Top notch service! I spent months and months bouncing between stores and websites not able to find the perfect engagement ring that was as beautiful and unique as the woman I was giving it to. I already had the diamond so some shops wouldn’t bother assisting me only looking for a setting. I even spent a week designing a custom setting that still just wasn’t good enough in the renderings. Then driving home one day I decided to stop in Murphy not realizing how nice of a jewelry shop it really was. From their entrance to the big selection of high end brands I was impressed. Top it all off with the fact I was offered a beer and someone to help me right at the front door I couldn’t have been more impressed with the customer service. I highly recommend this jelwer to everyone. They even had construction going on inside which they handled extremely well to minimize disturbance and apologized for any inconvenience. I stopped back in with my now fiancé a month later and I came to find they were putting in a Rolex display which caught my eye right away! We didn’t have much time to look for my ring so we will definitely be back soon.
