First off I had to wait to for about 15 mins before anyone would even notice I was here so I could order, then I ordered and the Bautista didn't even say anything about the drink I ordered being 50% off, so I had to pay full price and I even used the app for the points. At this point I'm slightly frustrated. Then about 10 mins we get are food, which is fine, but usually the drinks come with or right after, but not our's they came only after I went up to the counter and another Bautista ask what I needed, I explained that at that point I have been waiting on my drinks for 30 mins and she explained they were very backed up, which ok I can understand that, but while I'm sitting there waiting multiple people had come in and ordered and got their stuff and left, she got rude and said that they are backed up and they will get to them, funny thing though, another Bautista came then and rudely said I need your name to get it ready and I said our names 3 times and in an instant there are my drinks! Read moreI placed my order on December 28, 2023. It was quite busy that day, so I expected to wait which was not the issue. I ordered two cheese danishes warmed up and when I received them they were ice cold. I also ordered a grande coffee frappe with caramel drizzle; I watched her pour a mixture from blender that was just sitting there for over 20 minutes into my cup, which was straight liquid. The last time I checked, a Frappuccino is supposed to be frozen, not liquid. They did not make their Frappuccino fresh. They just fill it up with leftovers that has been sitting there for who knows how long and when you receive it, it’s not what you ordered. This has happen multiple times, and I’m sick of spending money on horrible service. The girl that made my order today did not care, nor does she put any effort to making it the right way. When my mom complained the batista didnt even look apologetic rather she look at us as if we were wasting her time. I mean customer service is customer service. I myself work in a customer service and regardless of the color of the customer or the status, I always give them my 100% excellent customer service because it is part of being humane.
