Burger King — Restaurant in Tilden Township

My multiple experiences here have continuesly left me angry after leaving. It's always a little thing too, nothing ever major to be angry about but the annoying little things that just make it worse every time it happens. One of my experiences the older male manager cut me off while I was ordering through drive thru before I was even done ordering and directed me to go to the window. Once I pulled up the poor teenager was obviously expecting me to be mad and take my anger out on him as I'm sure this has happened before. I reassured him it wasn't his fault and that I understood the situation while whoever took HALF of my order hid in the back and made him apologize on his behalf. He seemed to be the only worker there that even listens to what a customer is saying. And now the experience that is making me go out of my way to write this review now is this time when I pulled up to the window the girl there was incredibly rude. Only said one thing to me and it was the total of my order. I then proceeded to ask for extra sauces which she must have ignored because upon getting home I have 0 sauces. I asked for extra and don't even get one?? Are you kidding me? Again this is just multiple small inconveniences that have now piled up into a majorly negative review. All these problems could've been fixed if the workers would've taken one second to just LISTEN to what the customer is...

Worst service I have EVER!!!!!! received. I would not even give this place a one star service that is how bad this place is. They asked me if I was ready and I told them I need a minute. I talked to the other people In the car in Arabic to see what they all wanted and then the manager yelled at me telling me I need to order right now because I am on a timer. There is no one in front of me and no one behind me. when I was ready to order I told them several time what I wanted they ignored me. Then told me they are going to call the cops on me. I said what is your reasoning they did not have one. In fact this is the manager talking to me like this. Then when I asked for a supervisors number she slammed the Dive through door in my face and ignored me. (I am not drunk or rude) This is the most unprofessional place. Do not go here. Got to drive up window at 9:02 PM and asked for a minute, and this mans voice started talking over the girl saying they were closing in less than an hour, and he did that 3 times, and the girl couldnt hear us over him. He was the manager, and they were short staffed, BUT that is no reason to be so rude. The poor girl was trying to do her job, he had tickets and bags every where and it looked soooo unorganized, AND guess what happens then, YUPyou got it, orders were screwed up! They gave us wrong order, and then half our order. I went inside to tell them we needed 2 more sandwiches and the manager was more concerned about how I got in the unlocked door then my food order, I believe customer service would be that I received my order correctly and not how I got in through an open door.
