Hello! I am also one of the people who had a disappointing experience with this employee. It sadly was a really bad first experience here because of this. I came in today with some friends to check the place out, and when a couple of them started playing the piano, the guy behind the counter turned up the radio volume really loud for no reason, which was already red flag #1. After not even 8 minutes of them casually playing, he started being openly rude to all of us—including the people just browsing—saying things like, “This is above my pay grade” and “If you’re not going to buy anything, you can leave,” along with complaints about how he “has to deal with this all day.” One of my friends actually had items she was ready to purchase but put them back after the way we were treated. If playing instruments was really an issue, all he had to do was handle it professionally and politely ask us to stop, rather than acting disrespectful and childish. Won’t be...
Read moreI’ve only been here twice and let me just say, not everyone deserves a second chance. The first time I came here I was browsing around and needed some help looking to see if they carried a certain kind of guitar string. When I tried to ask one of the employees for help he snapped at me in a very rude manner because he was “in the middle of doing something”. I had no issue waiting if he was doing something, but there is no need to treat a CUSTOMER with that kind of disrespect. That was a few months ago while I was down for the spring time. Today I went in here with my wife to browse about and give the place a second chance to redeem theirselves. BIG MISTAKE! Ironically, the same person who treated me that way all those months ago was the same person working. He was being very out of line disrespecting some people playing beautiful melodies on the piano! I’m sorry but don’t give your business to a place that CLEARLY does NOT value...

One of my friends actually had stuff she was going to buy, but put them back after we were treated this way. If he really had a problem with my friends playing the instruments in the god damn MUSIC store, he could’ve just simply put his big boy pants on and respectfully told us to please not play the instruments instead of acting like a child. DO NOT...
