While Napa is a great company, this franchise is poorly run. In particular, some (not all) of the sales staff lack even the basic rudiments of customer treatment. A couple of the most senior members are cold, surly, and treat people who walk in to spend money as some kind of lesser being worthy of little more than contempt.
The other auto parts store on the Island has a much smaller inventory, but treat customers much better. Otherwise use the friendly and well run Falmouth franchise.
