First Form — Local services in Toledo

Ordered online more than two years ago and have had preorders for items that came out ages ago and never arrived, and two other orders for things that claim to be in stock and they never shipped anything. Calls to their customer service never get answered, voice mails are never returned, and emails are just a copy paste of "Sorry we've fallen behind and are still playing catch up. I'll try to ship out your products as soon as possible" until they eventually just stop replying entirely. Calls to the store are told to email the same "Orders@firstformcollectibles.com" address that never replies.

Comments on their social media get deleted whenever they are called out, but reviews and posts on reddit and elsewhere show a long history of ripping off customers. They try to claim that the storefront is unrelated to the online store, but it's all owned by the same Ricky guy and each storefront directs to their same website, where they still have items up for sale and purchase that they never actually ship. Everyone involved with this awful fraud of a company should be ashamed...
