Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Toledo

We had an amazing experience this Chick-Fil-A restaurant recently. This is a mall location, and we had started placing our order when my husband realized he had left his wallet in the car. He apologized and we said we would be right back. The cashier said not to worry and to finish our order (this was even during the lunch rush). My husband took off for the car/wallet. A minute or two later Pamela said not to worry, that our lunch had been comped, and to enjoy! We tried to repay, but they would not accept our money. We're embarrassed by our mistake, but are amazed by the kindness of the staff/manager. We normally don't order dessert, but decided that was the only way we could get them to accept any money at all from us. We have never tried the hand spun milk shakes, but enjoyed them very much! Chick-Fil-A and this location in particular continue to distinguish themselves in so many ways from the masses of other fast food joints!! Excellent quality food - and...

I went to kfc Friday and was charged $30 at the drive-thru for an 8 piece meal and instantly thought oh they up in here stealing money from the customers but was dealing with a migraine headache so I just paid cause the prices didn't seem to be listed on the menu outside as I pulled far forward as I could to get away from the idiot smoking weed outside the back door right in front of the customers trying to buy food without the free contact high. Got to the last 2 to 3 pieces of chicken and they were small as wing dings. The charge just posted to my bank account and it reminded me to post this review. The service used to be great and the food never tasted this terrible at this location in the past. I want my money back or a complete meal comp . This would never happen at...

As if we didn't already love coming here on our trips to the zoo!.... Last night i came in with my kiddos, we ordered 3 large fries and 2 sandwiches. The sweet lady at the register (all of the staff is always sweet, I've never seen one who didn't make your day!) told me that my bill was on the house. What a sweet gesture! I felt guilty! She just smiled and said no, don't worry, it's ok. What a special place. And thank you to the employees who are so kind! They had to close the play area for a while for cleaning a mess, and the gentleman who had to close it said he felt so bad, he was so sorry. They are so warm and welcoming here. You feel like you're at home! And the food is great! I only eat the waffle fries (allergies) but man are they good! My kids love...
