IF I COULD GIVE IT 100 STARS I WOULD!! THIS IS NOT JUST SOME FLY BY AUDIO SALES SHOP!!!! IT IS SO MUCH MORE THAN THAT! Gary is FANTASTIC! Not only did he make me feel welcomed but treated me as a valuable customer! He didnt treat me like I was just a number with a dollar sign. He didnt just leave me at the counter when I came in to find out about a stereo installation. He brought me back to his desk and involved me in the process of finding the right parts and got me the best deal he could. Then he asked about my cable bill... lol at first I was like okkkk this is a car audio store why is he asking about my cable bill. Turns out he does so much more than car stereos and systems. He showed me this stellar media streaming system. IT WILL BLOW YOU MIND!!! Yes it seems like a lot of money up front, but this system literally will pay for itself in 2 or 3 months. And there is SOOOOOO much content that you can do with this system. He had me sold on it within the first two minutes. So I decided to take the plunge and get 2 recievers and a free mini bluetooth backlit keyboard!!!(keyboard is free with the purchase of 2 recievers). I went back and got 2 more recievers today! Its super simple to set up. I was able to set 3 recievers up in 10 minutes. I got a new TV so havent set up the 4th. I told a lot of my family members and now they all want one to. STOP PAYING FOR CABLE!!!!!!!!!! ALL YOU NEED IS INTERNET/WIFI. You can take this reciever anywhere. Hotels, 5th wheels, anywhere there is internet or wifi. Have gone here for a couple things. Got subwoofers installed in my 2014 volkswagen. After picking the car up, was driving down superior, turned my subs on and my headlights went out. Turned my subs off my headlights came back on. Got the problem fixed. Window tint on same car, had to leave my car there over night, tint peeled off my window, called and owner said i would have to wait till next summer to get fixed. Rims, oh boy. Tires the owner orders are CHEAP and you get charged up the ass for them. Went to a place the owner told me to go to get the tires mounted and balanced... went the same day after picking up rims, and was balancing the last rim to find out it was bent. Went to the owner and he told me i must of hit a pot hole going to fast or that it was my vehicle that bent the rim... 😂 I could write a book about this place, but i wouldn't recommend it to anyone. If your going to pay this kinda money, go somewhere where they actually back up their product and warranties....

We stopped in to get rid of a $137/mo DirectTV bill. I was so tired of the dumb routine of spending an hour on the phone with DTV trying to get my basic channel bill reduced. Gary spent about an hour with me and my husband showing us the MaggTv media box, now StunnerTV It was awesome. He was patient with us (we are not computer people). When the switch to StunnerTV came, he contacted us personally to guide us through the transition. It has been a refreshingly good experience. It has been so frustrating these last few years, spending money with people who could care less what happens to you and the product once the cash register rings. Not with Gary. No Way. This is why we went to Gary and he has not disappointed us. We have received tremendous customer service, very personal and professional.
