I saw a Facebook post in a local group after the hurricane, that was offering free hair washes to those that were still without power. I immediately knew that was the type of person I wanted to give my business to. I booked an appointment with Natalie for a cut and color. A couple days before my appointment she reached out and asked what I had in mind and encouraged me to send inspo pictures if I wanted to. When I got to my appointment Natalie asked lots of questions to make sure we were on the same page. She talked me through each step of the process as she did them.
