I saw a Facebook post in a local group after the hurricane, that was offering free hair washes to those that were still without power. I immediately knew that was the type of person I wanted to give my business to. I booked an appointment with Natalie for a cut and color. A couple days before my appointment she reached out and asked what I had in mind and encouraged me to send inspo pictures if I wanted to. When I got to my appointment Natalie asked lots of questions to make sure we were on the same page. She talked me through each step of the process as she did them. Walked into the store was a lady there doing another lady’s hair she didn’t acknowledge me sat there for 30mins another lady walked in who worked there didn’t say anything to me walked right pass me. Did ask if I needed help. I wanted to get a color done and hair cut was going to see if I could schedule something g for the next day. But was never acknowledged the whole time I was in there. For YEARS, I have been searching for a consistent, talented, affordable stylist. I have driven as far away as Corpus to find the Holy Grail of someone who listens to what I want, executes the vision, and makes me feel like a million bucks when I leave. Kylie is that stylist. I would follow her anywhere, but luckily she is conveniently located in the super cute salon/boutique Southern Pineapple in Tomball.
