We discovered a roof leak in our home and googled a number for repair. We had no recommendations on who to call so it was just the luck of the draw with who we chose. LUCKILY, we were put in contact with Clayton @ roof top innovations!

I called, gave brief general information and requested a text communication instead of phone call due to my busy schedule and within minutes received a text from Clayton.

The availability was perfect as he was able to set a service appointment for us the same day. He was running a little behind from his previous appointment on the other side of town and let me know immediately that he would be a few minutes late. He stayed in great communication the whole time and kept me updated until his arrival. Once on location, he assessed the damage and then explained the issues to me very thoroughly which I greatly appreciated.

He answered all my questions and remained with a very pleasant disposition the entire time. He also had a great personality which helps when you're under stress due to roof problems and are a little on edge.

He had a 2 man crew which was himself & I believe, David (if thats not your name, i do apologize) . Both were very nice, knowledgeable guys. He was able to make the repair the same day as the appointment and with very reasonable rates!!

We have a new construction home and it's important to us that we use reputable contractors for repairs and Clayton is legit.

Having roof problems is always undesirable but It was a great experience dealing with Roof top innovations.

Casey Cooper was our project manager. He did an excellent job of working with the insurance company and to make sure everything was well justified for a full roof replacement. He provided an initial inspection of the roof where he photographed all the hail damage evidence and presented that information to me along with the criteria that he believed would satisfy insurance requirements for replacement coverage. He met the adjuster from the insurance company and spent a couple of hours with him walking the entire roof with the adjuster, making sure that all the evidence of damage was documented in the adjuster's report. We receive full replacement value from the insurance company as a result of the the good documentation. The crew that actually did the roof replacement was very experienced and careful to avoid damaging my pool or pool deck area as well as the pool pumps, value and filter area that was right next to my house. We also had alot of flowers and shrubs next to the house that they were careful not to throw the old shingles down that would have damaged those plants. In the process of all the work the crew damaged a couple of small gutter sections and those pieces of guttering were replace with new gutters at no charge to me. Casey was on site during the whole roof tear of and roof instillation process and kept me fully informed of how things were going. I was very please with the finished roof and the clean up. Casey came back himself to do another check around my entire yard area to make sure that all the nails were picked up. I'm very happy with Roof Top Innovations and would highly recommend engaging with them for your roofing needs. Drew is a great guy who inspected my roof and showed pictures of damage. I took some time to decide whether to replace the roof or not. Meanwhile, he put a temporary fix on my roof so that rain doesn't seep in through damaged areas

Communication Drew took care of filing insurance claims and communicated promptly thereafter frequently to keep me up to date from beginning till the end

Working with Insurance company Initial claim was declined by the insurance company. Drew worked with the insurance company to request a second adjuster and eventually got it approved Also included pictures of the fence that had fallen, to be part of the insurance, which saved some money (fence was replaced by another contractor)

Workmanship The crew was on time (6 AM) and worked around the clock to get the job done within the same day. They covered plants and the pool with tarp to make sure the debris didn't fall on them Once they're done, the roof looks nice and clean without any wavy formations, which tells that they did quality work because of a rotten plywood on the roof, a soffit underneath was damaged. They replaced that and painted it to match the remaining

Cleanup They cleaned up the surroundings and left the place clean and made sure no nails were left by accident

Miscellaneous I noticed a plumbing line was broken soon after the crew left. I communicated this back to Drew and was happy to reimburse it

Overall my experience was very smooth and...
