Palma's Gift Shop — Local services in Toppenish

The guy that runs this place is a thief!!!!! we gave him $100 dollar deposit so we can get some shirts with pictures and he told use to go to Walmart and print out the pictures instead of him doing it there! on top of that once everything was done he was going to charge us another $90 so that was too much for 6 shirts. I went back and told him I cannot go on with this he expects you to do some of the work. i told him if I can have my deposit back and he didn’t want to give back my deposit. Once you give him the money you will never see it again there is no signs that say there is no refunds this guy is a thief. So I wouldn’t recommend anybody going...
