Be careful of this company. There have been instances where the fire alarm went off and Alarmex did not notify the fire department. After 15-20 min, when the fire trucks did not show up, the residents called the fire department. Then Alarmex blamed the panel which is maintained by Alarmex.

Recently, Alarmex was asked to provide a quote for a CO sensor upgrade. Alarmex excluded critical requirements in the quote which were highlighted by their own technician.
