Kim's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Topsham

I am a Hallmark Ornament collector and get quite a few ornaments every year. Romard's, where I had been going for about 30 years, recently closed. I sent my Wish List to one of the Paper Stores but as they are a conglomerate and I am used to "special privaleges" from a privately owned store, they did not fit my needs. I remembered going to Kim's Hallmark Shop years ago and liked it but it is a ways away so ended up going to Romard's. I called Kim's and spoke with Donna. I was thrilled to know they offer the very same special privaleges as my old store. I tried to fax my list to them but it wouldn't go through. Donna had me text my list to her (of course, the day before the Hallmark Ornament weekend I called) and her and Karen pulled ALL/EVERYTHING on my list. The day I picked up my ornaments, these 2 ladies and Jo and Patty helped me. I cannot express my gratitude for this store doing everything I asked. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Moved up from Tampa and always shopped Hallmark for the Ornaments and premiers. Went to this store yesterday Sunday 7/27 and what a totally different experience. We walked in and the associate on duty just stood behind the counter and looked at us. I finally walked up to the desk because I had $30 in coupons but was having issues with my app and could not log in. Her comment was I can give you a number. No offer to help or look anything up. We left and went to Westbrook and WOW a younger part time employee looked up my account went and adjusted my email address (which was incorrect) but still was unable to help.
