Dr Yanamadala operated on my sinus area in 2014 to remove blockage that I had and was giving me bloody noses. I recently began to have problems again; however I’m no longer under the same insurance healthplan that I previously was when I last saw Dr. Yanamadala. I was approved and given a referral to another doctor in my group; which happens to be the same group that I had when I last saw Dr Yanamadala but I thought it would better to see who previously treated and operated on me. To cut to the chase; I explained the referral information to Dr Yanamadala’s office and remembered the young lady checking with someone before making the appointment a month ago. It’s not so much that Dr Yanamadala does not take my current insurance but what appears to be as the result of the inefficiency on the front office after making this appointment over a month ago and driving 1 1/5 hrs to get to the appointment; the front office did not realize that they do not take my insurance until I literally had just parked for my appointment. Although they were polite and appeared to be sympathetic to my frustration after driving all the way down to this appt; it’s clear that some disorganization and no check and balance is going on in this office even after someone sent me a initial health questionnaire. I do understand that things happen but I felt that the lack of thoroughness and job knowledge should be noted and expressed because a polite explanation of the obvious does not soothe my frustration and exhaustion the day of the appointment. I am a firm believer of following the Spirit and although it appeared that Dr Yanamadala was a fit for me 5 yrs. ago; maybe the doctor that I was referred to will be better suited for my needs at this time. I do hope that this was an rare situation and does not happen to...
Read moreThis was my first visit with her. I felt that she listened to me. She looks like she has good medical knowledge, forgot explaining me the instructions for medication or give more options; because the medicine prescribed need more paperwork to be approved by insurance or I have to pay the full price and it's very expensive ($1,000 +). I hope next time will be better communication and we can have a good relation Physician-pacient and I can get the correct DX and Tx. This time. The place is super clean and tidy. The staff is kind...
Read moreWonderful experience! Due to COVID, I haven't been to a doctor's office in quite some time, so I was a bit nervous to get "back on the saddle." The waiting area was calm and uncrowded, appropriately spaced seating was available - with friendly, well-staffed and polite intake desk personnel. I didn't wait more than 10 minutes to be called into an examination room. Then waited even less time to see the Nurse Practitioner, who was warm, attentive, thorough and efficient. Awesome...
