I came in to the pharmacy at 1:15 after driving about an hour to get there. There were two people in front of me and a line was forming. Instead of attending to customers the representative chose to spend the next 15 mins before their break telling everyone in line they close at 1:30. She spent the entire time trying to convince us that we would have to come back in a hour. So after frustration at the lack of urgency they showed to help customers, I left and returned at 2pm. They opened the gate @ 2:04pm. They were less than great on customer service even after their break. I was told I had to wait an additional 20 mins for an order that I was texted was received at 12. I even asked earlier if it would be possible to transfer my prescription and was told I had to do it on my own, which was the furthest thing from the truth. When my prescription was finally filled I had to walk up to the same window the girl told me she would bring it to, to ask if it was completed. My recommendation is do not use a major pharmacy. They donât care. They donât treat people well. I saw so many people leave angry without their prescriptions. I saw many people get snarky responses for simple...

She said there was no possible way she could see me without a negative covid test, so I bought a rapid test From the same cvs, did it in the car, and came back in with a no doubt about it negative test. She still turned me away saying "tests can come out negative even if you're positive" and proceeded to lie saying they were closed early for Mother's Day. They closed at 5 and this conversation happened at 3:30 pm. She also said "I have someone coming in at 4, and that's my last appointment" another lie, and either way I came back and did what she said, you'd think she would have time in the 30 mins to look down my throat and prescribe me antibiotics. she Was extremely rude, and tried to make us feel irresponsible for coming back in with a negative test, just like she asked.    Read moreThe clinic in minutes service suck I scheduled appointment online at 11:10 am and have arrived 15 minutes before but pharmacist told me to wait in parking lot in front of the kiosk and wait for the nurse to come I have waited 30 minutes and bo one showed up And ask the pharmacist again to call the nurse and claimed she is already inside the kiosk busy with a patient I went out to parking lot and waited again and no response for anther 15 minutes and not even allowed to knock in the door What I believe is that no nurse in the kiosk and all this online scheduling is just for show And the pharmacist is just another customer service liar
