Yesterday my family and I switched from T-mobile to Verizon. I had gone in a few days ago and Edward spent probably an hour with me going over numbers and giving me an idea what it would cost to switch. He knew I wasn’t making a purchase that day, and still he had great customer service.
We went back yesterday to officially switch all 4 lines over, including getting all new phones. If you’ve ever done this you know it’s very time consuming. Edward spent hours with us getting our account going and setting up all phones. He was never pushy on anything, and he was wonderful at explaining every step of the process. He even took the time to show our daughters all the new features they would have on their new phones, after already spending so much time with us. He provided wonderful customer service, his humor and happiness also made the experience great. My husband and I walked out happy and agreeing that Edward is a great asset to his job, you can tell he cares and we hope he is recognized for his efforts...

The associate was working between 2 customers, one being us qnd a gentleman. We did not have the associates attention. We were attempting to trade a Apple 6 for a more simple model. The associate quoted us a 300.00 trade- in initially. Then after an hour and a half, he came up with 87.00 from the computer he was working on. The salesman told me the dual screen would arrive in the mail in 60 or 90 days. He clearly said I needed to do nothing and it would just arrive. Well those dates passed and no dual screen, so I called them and they said I never registered for the dual screen. When I confronted them on what the salesman said they said theyd speak to a manager and get back to me. About 4 months later and im still waiting on that call back.
