I googled places near me that had repair kits for necklaces the first that came up was Walmart the second was in fact this ace hardware. I accidentally broken a expensive necklace and was trying to fix it. They didn't have them in stock at Walmart so I went here. I walked in and politely asked the older man behind the paint counter if they had any. He rudely replied no we don't have that rolled his eyes and started typing like I was inconveniencing him with my business. I'll never return to that store. Stopped in for two items. The one worker "assisting us" was extremely rude. From the moment we walked in until we left, he was confrontational, unprofessional, and an all-around jerk who acted like helping us was an inconvenience to him. At one point I showed him some information (which he failed to find) and when I asked him a question on the product he said,, "well you tell me if you're the expert" and stormed off.

One other person attempted to help us but was new/untrained and was unable to help us.
