Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Albion

Everyday I go to tim Horton I was even a assistant manager at another location. Never ever have I been treated so disrespected, rude, and nasty. I am always friendly and nice tell them thank you. A few times I have had to return my bagel because it was barely toasted and I asked for it to be doubled toasted. I ask them not to stir in my espresso because he makes the ice capp foam up and not taste right. They say there and wanted to question me why so I explained it to them and they still countinue to do it purposely! It's crazy because there all nice nice until they hear my voice in the drive thru speaker and then they get very rude and nasty. And for the morning manager to sit there and listen to how rude her staff are makes me question her ability to manage. Never would I always my crew to treat any one the way this store has treated me. Regardless of how annoyed they are if the customer.... I go to tim Hortons 2-3x a day. If this countinues I will be taking my money to Starbucks or some place else. This store needs to get the stuff together maybe instead of standing there talking crap about there customers they could be putting there time into cleaning the store it not looking so good in there.. hopefully this message changes there attitude and the way they...

This is my favorite Tim Hortons, specifically because of their staff. Everyone is always so kind and pleasant. Especially Bev and Steph.

Bev is usually working the drive thru when I come through when I’m working. She has been consistently been there for 3(ish) years I’ve been coming here, and I absolutely enjoy seeing her. She is always so nice and friendly. It’s nice starting your work day off with positive interactions at your favorite coffee place.

The drive thru line was very long this morning when I got there so I decided to go in and order my usual (small ice cap) ☺️. Steph waited on me and I absolutely loved her energy. She was so sweet, and funny! I love encountering people who are purely pleasant (bev included) and make you feel happy just by the energy and kindness they give off. I left there with a smile on my face after our interaction.

Another plus, my drinks and food are always good. I hate going to other Tim Hortons cause it’s not the same 😂 So thank you Bev and Steph and all of the rest of the staff, I know it’s not an easy job to keep the people of Albion caffeinated. You guys are...

Went to the ALBION location and made an order for 4 coffees and 6 sandwiches. We changed order due confusion on what was included in the 2 for 4 deal. I apologized for confusion because of the stake sign out at drive thru showed muffins, biscuits and bagels and as I started to pull up the young lady smarted off stating AND you didnt see that on any sign. When I pulled through to the window Cheryl opened it and the girl was still going off saying she didn't see that cause I put the signs out there. So extremely rude. I asked Cheryl for the name of the young lady and expressed how it was rude and uncalled for. I also requested the name of the manager so I could make a formal complaint to which neither of them was provided to me. She absolutely ignored the request. Unbelievable.
