Bengo express mart — Local services in Town of Attica

This review is for the can redemption center here. I used to take my cans somewhere else but then this place turned out to be more convenient. I quickly realized that it seemed like I was getting less money back for the same amount of cans that I had been returning to the other place. So I decided to do an experiment. I put all my empty cans back into their original boxes for months until I had a leaning tower of cases of empty cans. I then emptied my cans from their cases into garbage bags. I have large contractor bags that I can perfectly fit 16 packs of 15 cans. That's 240 cans per bag. $12 worth of cans per bag. I dropped off 5 bags of cans, each containing exactly $12 worth of cans. When I showed up the next day to collect my $60, I was given $44.50. I was told that's all the cans I dropped off. They stole $15 from me this one time. How much have they been stealing all the other times? And from everyone else? I guess this is how they make their money. I will never, EVER again bring my cans here. This was a test that you failed miserably. I suggest that every one who drops off cans here does the same experiment that I did. Good luck. If I could give zero stars I would. I feel like a 1 star rating is...

I highly recommend DO NOT! Bring any recyclables to this place they make you drop them off and leave even if theres not busy and have literally no bottles to even count and on top of that they make you wait until the next day to get the money and then leave you questioning if they gave you the right amount I brought several bags of them in and I am positive that I didn’t get the right amount back at all highly disappointed in them and customer service is by far the worst thing I’ve seen and I’ve worked in customer service for several years the person who counts the bottles is so rude it’s uncomfortable to even walk...

I wish the store and the redemption center had separate review areas. I would give them NO stars based on the redemption center alone. I go in, and she says you can leave them there, and I'll count them when I get to them - probably tomorrow. Um, no, I'm here now! I'll take them to the center in Warsaw and have my money in my hand within minutes!! I gave them 2 stars simply based on my past experience...
