
I would give 0 stars if I could to leave a review. I have been to many hot yoga classes before and thought I would give this one a try since its closer to home. Absolutely not coming back!! My friend and I took a class with Nicole she was very passive aggressive and rude. My friend went to take a sip of water and Nicole told her to wait until she says she can have a water break. This is insane, as an adult and also a health care professional it is unacceptable to tell people they cant have a sip of water. Then she made comments âI dont know why you have to defy what im saying this is a prescripted work outâ while we are taking breaks trying to feel stable enough to continue work out since we could not drink our water or leave the room.    Read moreHolly... where to start... is THE BEST! I love Ash Hot Yoga! I knew from the first time I took Holly's class four months ago that I had to cancel my gym membership. The energy Holly brings into and out of the class is unreal. Holly is so helpful with modifications and giving cues. I love her upbeat personality and how she makes you feel safe and seen in class. Holly knows when you have more in the tank and encourages you to push yourself. She recently told me that I am stronger than I think, and it is little things like that that can turn my mindset around when I arrive at my mat. Holly also has THE BEST music and mixes that keep the vibes upbeat and also have me singing in class! Holly is my girl! There hasnât been one guest I have brought to her class that didnât end up signing up and loving Holly!
   Read moreI havenât done hot yoga in years. I was excited to try Ash Hot Yoga. I go to the gym almost daily and just wanted a change on my rest days. I thought the inferno Pilates class would be just that, I was wrong! I was pleasantly surprised with the intensity and cardio aspects of the class. The following day I attended an intro to vinyasa class which was much more relaxing and stretching/core strength based. My mother who is 55+ attended and was able to keep up. I ended up signing up for a package and cannot wait to try the other class styles. There is truly a class for whichever mind/body health goal you are looking to achieve. The instructors are knowledgeable, kind, and helpful both inside and outside of the classroom setting. The other attendees are not cliquey, although if you are looking to make nee fit friends it would be easy to do...
