If I could leave a 1/2 start for this review. I would never get product from this place again. Communication with customers is horrendous. Ordered my European door about 1 year ago. 2 months ago came in. Picked it from from their place. Arrived without bottom sill and ordered wrong color of accent. They argued that my door type does not come in that style even if I showed them my email conversation and confirmation of what I was getting. Granted we were in pandemic state and owner Michael J did advise it was delayed. The problem is not in delivery or wait. I was patient and they did provide little credit. Problem with this company is disorganization, lack of communication and no accountability. Maybe this is how its done in Europe but not here in US. Customer satisfaction is second to none. Just now they said my sill finally came in. Best of luck if you are building home and waiting for windows or doors or trying to get product...

Highly recommend getting your European windows anywhere but here. Remember, if something doesn’t go as planned with your windows, or something breaks, you need a knowledgable supplier that you can trust and one that will do the right thing (especially given that the manufacturer will not be able to help you since they’re based in Poland). Unfortunately, these people do NOT know how to run a business and have zero customer service. I’ve had numerous bad experiences from windows being faulty, coming in the wrong size, etc. and I had to go to a different supplier for help because these people simply did not reply. My wife and I bought a house because we just had a baby and we wanted to move out of the city. There were a few items I wanted fixed before we move in and the doors were driving my wife and I insane.
