Really nice people, the guy was really helpful and kind, he explained everything we needed to know in detail and gave us some recommendations on what we should get. On the other hand there was a younger kid there who was checking our every move as if we were going to steal something, it didn't matter which way we went he was there and if we grabbed a brush or anything, he would look even harder. He never approached us but it was very creepy and disappointing to feel like this when you actually sought out the establishment for a particular product. If you are serious about paint this is "The Store" to go to. I have been to few dealers of Benjamin Moore paints but none of them is even close to Bak & Vogel. The staff really knows what they are talking about and are extremely nice. Few years ago I purchased paint in another Benjamin Moore store and the paint come out too dark, the guys at Bak & Vogel saved me by brightening the paint and made it perfect. Another time I painted, bubbles showed up on the wall.
