I was excited to go and see the magic show yesterday with my family the performers were amazing but the Owner/ticket woman was very rude to me and my family. I wasn't aware that you had to purchase your tickets online nowhere on the flyer did it say you had to And the lady looked Annoyed. We didn't have a ticket we thought I would buy it at the door , It was my husband and I two adult friends a 9 year old and 1 month old. For it to be a family friendly environment it was anything but even though they did accommodate us, I was told that if the baby cried during the show her exact words was I have to "Get Out" and leave the show. For a family friendly environment that wasn't so family family. I was appalled but I did tell the lady of course I would I wouldn't let a kid cry in a small place, at that pointi wanted to leave but i knew my daughter was looking forward to this. Where we were sitting the staff was constantly over my shoulder & And I had a local firefighter with me as well. Needless to say the acts are amazing and well worth seeing, just not at this place it's not a family friendly...
