Montauk Hwy is a busy road, but you'd never know it when you are inside Body Awareness. The other students are very welcoming and of course the teachers are, too. Classes can be as challenging as you make them. It sounds corny, maybe to some people, but, I do feel more aware of my body after a class. Too often, I am too busy to listen to it.
