Charlie WAS and STILL IS the very best!! When I was traveling frequently and used my laptop to deliver programs to corporations Charlie was A+ in fast service and the problem was always fixed in 1 visit. Many MANY times he stayed late so I could make a flight. Recently I wanted to review for myself a complex medical image that was unavailable on iOS but on a complicated disc format. Charlie was able to open it and uploaded it to my laptop AND put an icon right on the screen so I didn’t even have to touch the C drive. Most appreciated was that he stayed late to finish so I was able to read the disc, review the info and relax. Would not go anywhere...

I want to give big props to my computer repair store Shore thing on Montauk highway in lindenhurst.... my friend rich fixed my computer crash in a record 2 hours These guys never let me down, never! And are reasonablely priced and nice to me always I can not wax poetic enough about the service and friendliness They put out there....computer problems freak everyone out These guys always make me feel like things will work out They suggest upgrades and ways of my computer to run fast And their work is spectacular Even if you don’t live in lindenhurst It’s worth the drive to have it done right with pride in their work I love you...

I have had an issue with my sky tech 2 gaming computer that I spent 7 thousand dollars on. It was having issues and I’ve spent weeks trying to figure out the issue with no results. I brought it to rich and he went above and beyond spend days figuring out what could be wrong. After a few days he did the impossible and now my gaming computer is now faster and is in perfect order . I want to say he was polite friendly understanding and went above and beyond.
