You know you have a great contractor when after a year of working together, you still like him!

I first met Bill over a year ago when we purchased our first home and needed to do a huge renovation. I researched a ton of contractors, design build firms, and architects in Westchester, and came across Bill's company on Houzz. We had heard the horror stories about renovating, and as this was our first experience with renovating, let alone a near-gut renovation project, we were very nervous about the entire process. I was immediately impressed by the perfect reviews of Aesthetic Renovations on Houzz! From my first phone encounter with Bill, to meeting him in person for a walkthrough (keep in mind I interviewed 8 other contractors), my husband and I knew he and his team were perfect for the job.

Bill selects his clients and projects carefully and thoughtfully because he wants to ensure that he can deliver 100%+ satisfaction. We feel so lucky that he took on our project, and he has never disappointed us. He is extremely thorough with every detail and has a wonderful aesthetic eye-- from a doorway trim to a fireplace material to a patio layout; at the same time, he is extremely practical, honest, and solution-focused-- helping us to prioritize our needs and plan for the unexpected snags that come up with renovations. He was able to keep us on budget and have our home ready so that we were able to move in on the target date. He is extremely hands-on and communicative-- answering questions, providing information and resources, and never failing to address any concerns we have. We have him on speed-dial, and he always responds to our calls and messages. He was so communicative in fact that we didn't even have to step into our home during renovation for the first few months! (he was very sensitive to our needs as we had just had a baby). Bill is so dedicated to his work and clients that when we had an expected flood in our basement, he drove over an hour in the rain on midnight and showed up at our house to help us. I do not know any contractor (or even a friend for that matter) who would do that!

If we could give 10 stars I would do it. Billy treated our home like it was his own. His employees are respectful, clean and diligent. He is the best troubleshooter saving us significant amounts of money by finding the most efficient solutions. His pricing is always fair and sometimes I just know he is staying up at night thinking about our projects. In the 12 years Billy has done work for us, I don't think we had 1 easy project but he always made it easy. Over the last 4 years Billy has helped us manage the home from 3,500 miles away responding to tenant needs, and preparing the house for ultimate sale. We could not have sold the house without him. The day of closing the buyer required some nitpicky things done from the closing table and Billy ran over to the house to get it done for us. Truly amazing, always above and beyond the call of duty and we trust...

We worked with Bill and his team for a number of remodeling projects, ranging from complete bathroom renovations, window replacements, cabinetry, patio, water drainage and sump repairs. Bill is very detailed oriented and managed just about everything, including permits and work flow between vendors. He also has extensive experience in our area, which helps when you have to consider landscapes, water tables, etc.

His team is very talented and their work is beautiful. We also had an issue with a slushy pipe that came up months after remodeling was finished, and they came to fix it! They are very clean too, which was really important to us because of young kids and pets.
