For some reason I changed nail salons because the nail salon that I LOVE is always busy and I needed my nails done right then and there. I went to Andy's in which was pretty pricy for a full set and one finger design; but I decided to go back because of the woman that did my nails. The problem I have is that Andy's nails DO NOT LAST MORE THAN ONE WEEK!!!! I excused the first time. I had lost 5 nails in less than one week. I took a two week break from getting my nails done. I told my nail artist about my issue the first time and she insisted that she did not know why that happened at that she'll change how she does my nails so that they last. I agreed. I STILL lost 4 nails in one week. I went there and the gentleman who approached me about my issue was RUDE beyond belief. He said to call and that there's nothing they can do about it. I worked all week while my nails were popping off day by day. Today was the only day I could come in and they didn't care. I said "then I'll go elsewhere to get my nails done" and the gentleman shrugged his shoulders and I walked out. This salon is beyond the worse. TERRIBLE customer service and I hope I can save more people money by telling you guys my experience! I got my nails done elsewhere and I LOVE them!!! I paid $45 for a full set, gel Polish, a two finger design on both hands including tip!!! This service would have been about $55 at Andy's WITHOUT tip!...
Read moreI will never step foot in this nail salon again. In all my 30 years of life, I have never dealt with such blatant disrespect at a nail salon and I am a native from Long Island.
My mother and I walked in simply wanting to get our nails done, and within minutes the negativity started. As we sat down finishing up a quick phone call, a woman stormed over with an attitude, rolled her eyes, and asked if she could help us in the most dismissive way. Before I could even process that, she walked off. Then a man with glasses came up right after with the same rude tone, accusing us of just “standing around not saying anything.” First of all, we had literally just walked in and were clearly preoccupied for a moment. That’s no excuse for treating customers like we were a burden.
Not only was the hospitality non-existent, but the entire energy was hostile and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, my mother and I were the only two African-American people in that salon, and the way we were treated made it feel like that was no coincidence.
I don’t care how convenient this place may be , I will not return, and I would warn anyone, especially people of color, to think twice before stepping into this salon. The disrespect is real, and no one deserves to spend their hard-earned money somewhere they’re made to feel unwelcome. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Read moreNever again. I don’t know where all of these fabulous reviews are coming from unless they are all customers of Jaclyn, who by the way is super sweet! However, if you’re not one of her clients and you want a design good luck. First off I start my appointment by the person I booked with FORGETTING about our appointment. Now mind you I booked with this person because on Instagram they told me they can do a very specific design I wanted. I get there that person didn’t show up and I was told they can’t do that design, but they can try their best. So the person who did my fill and prepped, my nails for the design was unable to do it, the second person that I was told to go to told me it was a sticker and couldn’t do it (there’s no chance the photo inspo was a sticker) and then finally poor Jaclyn. She had to stop her appointment to rush to get something remotely similar to what I had asked for. I should have stopped there, but my nails were already prepped for the design, while she was doing my design she even told me she has to rush through it because she has a client waiting. My cuticles not get cut. I did not get cuticle oil. I didn’t get hand lotion. Never ever again unless Jaclyn is available, as that is who has done all of the designs on...
