I hired Chef Robyn to create and prepare a menu for my wife’s surprise 50th birthday dinner. Chef Robyn worked with me to create the menu and wine pairing and even used some of the wine we were serving to create a sauce for one of the courses. Chef Robyn shows up on time, actually early, and there are no surprises to be had. She makes you aware well in advance of what she requires of the host with regards to place settings, glasses, etc. she arrives with an assistant to serve the food, pour wine and in our case mix some drinks as well. Of course, the core of any dinner party is the food and Chef Robyn delivers this in spades. Making use of local ingredients for all 6 courses, everyone was was more than pleased with each course and she really managed to showcase everything local food can be. This was top quality cuisine created by a chef using ingredients less than an hour from where I live. And when all is said and done, all dishes, glasses, pots, pans and utensils are cleaned and put away. On top of all this, her fee is extremely reasonable. I’ve paid more money in restaurants and gotten no where near the quality of food provided to us that evening by Chef Robyn. I can highly recommend her. This summer, based on the positive online reviews for her services, I contacted Chef Robyn to cater a dinner for my sister and our friends on the occasion of her 50th birthday. In advanced of the day, Chef offered me a few cuisine options all of which sounded spectacular. On the day of the event, we were in her and her teams capable hands. The table was set beautifully and the asian inspired munu included kimchi Rangoon, apricot jam, pork gyoza, chili crisp, tuna poke hand rolls, mini grilled chicken skewers with orange gochujang glaze, cold rainbow soba noodle salad with eggplant, grilled sesame zucchini ribbons. I would highly recommend Chef Robyn for your next event I know we will certainly be calling on her in the near future. Thank you again for pampering us and making that day...

What can I say... Robyn just exceeded all expectations for our event. From A to Z, she delivered everything she said she would, and more. This was my first time hiring a private chef, and had no idea what to expect. She made the entire process so easy, and so clear on how it would all work, that all my stresses flew out the door. We hosted a surprise dinner on Long Island for my parents for 8 of us, and Robyn put together an incredible (and DELICIOUS!) menu for us.
