I placed an order for a birthday arrangement 3 days in advance to be delivered 2 miles from the store. The flowers were not delivered on the day requested. I was not informed by Tracy’s why they were not delivered, nor was a note left for the recepient. I called the next day, but the gentleman on the phone did not know why. No one called me back with an update (that’s all I wanted.) Six hours later, I called again & was told that they tried again, but no one was home, so they left a note (why didn’t they leave a note yesterday?) In the end, Tracy hung up on me.
