I had to go here yesterday for a fuel tank vent. I waited roughly 15 minutes too be helped and after about 15 minutes of the guy playing in the computer, he came out with parts and told me to pay at the window. I go to the window, get my total, and it was alot more than expected. I needed a vent pipe with nipple ontop and i ended up getting a whole new gauge and everything else. When i asked if i could take the gauge off cause i had limited funds, the lady at the window snapped at me and told me it was what i needed. So 2 card swipes and 70 bucks later, i walked out pissed off and i will only be returning to bring back the gauge....THAT I...

Would love to shop local, but this place made it impossible. Came in with a valve stem waited 20 minutes to be told they do not carry valve stems. A younger than me man would not even take the part from my hand to look at it or check parts inventory of the store. Guess it was uphill to check inventory. Needless to say five minute later at Lowes I had two people helping me and out of the store inless than 8 minutes. Excellent customer service and product knowledge! I was in WAY over my head trying to fix a furnace with "YouTube Videos" , came in with a coil and they knew exactly what I needed. Also have me a few options when I was ready and budget allowed to upgrade. Highly recommend!! We need more "Old School"...
