ALDI — Local services in Town of Cazenovia

I generally love aldis and I shop at every one I see . This is one is unorganized. The bathrooms were awful . Then my end experience did it for me . The cashing out was awful . There was one lady at the register whose light was off . She was sending every one to the line , where the light was on , but no one was there. There was a lady ahead of me with a full cart , unloading . No big deal , I get that people have to go on their break. However this " Jess " girl shows up and tells the woman to cash out a few more . What ? I could had been cashed out and gone . Any how , I told "jess" that she had sent us over in the cashierless lane . " Jess " very snotty , said oh she's going on break . No apologies. She broke our eggs and guess who went and got us more ? Sure enough break lady . Jess was so rude and snotty , that you lost a customer , and every one I tell . I know a lot of people . So, pleased to see the ALDI stores making their presence here and hopefully everywhere in the U.S.. I welcome the environmentally conscious service, friendly hardworking employees in every store that I frequently visit. And, the real reason that I love their stores - the price is right! And, that's more then most grocery businesses are willing to do for their customers! I don't have to shop there - I want to!!! This store gets me in and out of the grocery store - without delay, even during holiday season! Yet, what I love most of all - are the European goodies, that are sold elsewhere for...

Store put items in wrong spot, I bought 3 of the same items thinking they were on sale per their sign and the box sitting directly on top of it with the items inside. I have cold items in my car (milk, butter, cheese)and had to come back inside and wait for the cashier to get the manager and them to go back and forth just figure out this item is just in the incorrect spot and then tell me while you can return them. Everything has already been loaded into my car I am not waiting in line again for the 3rd time while my dairy items get warm...
